Join Salesloft and the renowned business leader Dame Inga Beale to learn about what it takes to lead an organisation through a successful transformation. Inga will share her story of the cultural and technological changes she pioneered as CEO of Lloyd’s of London to bring it into the modern world. She will address the challenges that come with long-established organisations, and how she successfully reinvented strategies and expanded the markets at Lloyd’s.

Dame Inga Beale is a British businesswoman with four decades of experience in global financial services. She is also a speaker and role model for inclusion in the workplace. Her Damehood was awarded in 2017 for her services to the UK economy during her 5-year tenure as CEO of Lloyd’s of London and for supporting women in business and the LGBTQ+ community.

Exclusive Experiences at Daylesford Farm

During this time attendees will be split into two groups and head to an exclusive experience of their choosing. 

• Cutting Garden Tour: Group A to take part in a tour of the Daylesford Farm cutting garden (weather dependent), followed by a hand-tied bouquet course led by our Head Tutor, Lesley.
• Wellness Workshop: Group B will have the option to join a wellness workshop led by Daylesford Farm resident nutritionist Rhaya, followed by a sound-healing class at our award-winning Bamford Spa.
